Hey guys, welcome to another video. In this video, I’m gonna take you through a special journey, and in this special journey, I’m gonna tell you about the universities that are some of the lowest-costing universities in the US. The tuition is extremely low, but at the same time, the one thing that we have kept track of, and this is different from every other list that you might have seen, just that we’ve made sure that the ROI (Return on Investment) should be there. So in case a university is in this list, you will find that most probably, 99% of the time, you will see that you will get the ROI out of that university. You will be able to take off the tuition within one year of working after actually getting into this university, even if you have taken up a loan.
**Audience Contribution**
One of you guys, by the way, thank you so much for contributing. One of you guys had this idea of adding the cheapest universities. They messaged me, they talked to me on Instagram, and they told me that they wanted to see this on the website, and it’s here. We took literally less than eight hours to add it, and the list is already here, and yeah, I’m gonna make the video about this right now.
**Finding the Universities**
So come on, let me actually show you. So if you go into the universities tab, you will see that there’s a new dropdown called “Cheaper Cheapest Universities in the USA.” So find the universities with the lowest tuition and the best rankings in the USA. So you go on over here, and you will start seeing all these universities.
**Top Universities**
Okay, like I said, the ROI is definitely there. Number one, you can see over here in the list, it’s one of the top 10 universities, University of California, Berkeley. Just look at the tuition fees, it’s a little less than $27,000. This is per annum tuition, by the way. You will have other scores like the GRE score you need to get in, the GPA, the acceptance rate, all of these things. You can even view more, and you can see those statistics. But if you actually take a look at this page, you can see that the average salary exceeds the tuition by more than four or five times. Okay? And just by looking at that, you can see that after two years of paying $27,000, you can take it off within one year of working after getting out of these programs that this university offers.
**Other Universities**
Let’s talk about some other universities. Okay, there’s UCLA. Again, state universities are a little bit cheaper. Remember that there are universities with community colleges, basically community colleges in the US, which will offer you universities with tuition less than $10,000. They’re not worth it; the ROI is not there, so we have not included them. Okay, you can see over here that all of the tuition of the universities that we have included will be less than $30,000 in all cases, that’s for sure.
**Additional Universities**
Alright, let’s take a look at other universities. By the way, wait for some time; I’ll tell you some more universities that are even cheaper, and the ROI is still there, and they’re not on the list, so let’s wait for some time for that. Okay? So the other one is the University of California, San Diego. See, the universities in California are a great fit because you know that you will get a job once you finish from those universities. Okay? And just because you get into one of those, you pay less tuition, and you finish off, that means you will have more time to save up money. You know you can do it for various purposes; the reasons might be different, but you will be able to pay off your loans within one year of your time; that’s for sure.
**University Salaries**
Okay, so you can see the salary has drastically reduced over here; it’s about $80,000, but still, it’s one of the best universities to get into, UCSD. Okay, then there’s Cornell University. This is a New York area, and you can see the tuition fee is about $30,000, and you’re earning a lot more, $125,000. Okay, let’s take a look at the other ones.
**University of Wisconsin-Madison**
Now, this is not everyone’s favorite university because it’s not in one of those hot spots, but I think just because of the research and the ranking of this university, it’s one of the best universities to get into. There are other universities like the University of Texas Austin; only apply over here if you have a very high research background because this is a very specialized research-based university.
**Tuition Comparison**
Okay, and the tuition you will see is less than $20,000; it’s so low in this case. Okay? I know it’s not extremely low according to some standards and the USD/INR or whatever country you’re from conversion rate, but this is low, believe me, for universities because they can charge as high as $50,000, $60,000, $100,000. I’ve seen universities do that, but these are extremely low compared to that.
**California State Universities**
Okay, then there’s other universities: University of California, Santa Barbara, there’s Santa Cruz; you can see the statistics over here. There’s Davis, there’s Irvine, so most of the UCs satisfy the criteria, and that’s why they’re over here. This Brown University, is one of the best universities, and the tuition, it’s unbelievable; it’s only $7,500 in most cases. Okay? Then there’s Rutgers, one of the most preferred universities; again, less than $30,000. There’s the University of Virginia, there’s Purdue University; again, one of the most preferred universities if you are into civil or construction engineering, you can go over here. Okay, so there’s a lot more options; you can keep exploring.
**Exhaustive List**
Just because we did not want to constrain you to the top 10 only, we did not do that. We did not make a top 10 list, but this list is very, very exhaustive, I would say. In most cases, you can keep scrolling down, and you can keep finding more universities with good prospects in terms of you’ll be able to earn good money and you’ll be able to take out the tuition.
**Conclusion**
Now, what I want to do over here is I want to show you some other universities as well which maybe you might not have heard of or you may not be very familiar with, but at the same time, they do have those prospects. Okay? And these will be a little more lower-ranked. You know, not everyone will prefer these, but these are in hot spots, so you will be able to get good jobs once you get out. Okay? So just to begin with that, I’ll say California State, okay, and these are the ones we are looking at. I’ll just type California State University, and I’ll press enter.
**California State Universities Overview**
Alright, so you can see over here California State University, Fullerton; California State University, Maritime Academy. Now all of these are a great fit if you are someone who is interested in basically paying less and still getting into a university which isn’t one of the hot spots. There are also other universities like San Jose State University. You know, so all of these are over here. Some of these are not cheap; like East Bay, I know is not cheap definitely, but if you look at maybe Sacramento, and you look at the tuition for this one over here, you can see the tuition is about $12,000 only, so they can be even lower in some cases.
**Final Thoughts**
So keep that in mind. Apart from that, you already have this list; you know, high-ranked top universities that have low tuition. Hopefully, this helps you out, and the whole reason was because, you know, I know that a lot of you guys are pulled back because of the tuition. You think that it’s a lot, and definitely I know it’s a lot, but trust me, if you are in one of these universities, you will be able to get a return on your investment; you will be able to make the money back, and you will be able to make a lot more very, very soon after graduating.
